The Excelsior Group, a full-service, Minneapolis-based real estate company, is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, personable, creative, responsible, and talented person to oversee a 5-property, 450-unit apartment portfolio and a 60,000-square foot commercial building. This opportunity requires someone who has experience in the real estate industry (preferably multifamily housing), a history of success, and can initiate new ideas for best practices. The ideal candidate is someone who can creatively market apartment properties via the internet, social media, industry publications, outreach marketing to the community, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to attract and retain team members with good skills and good work ethic. We are seeking someone who has the ability to improve revenues and judiciously manage expenses. This opportunity requires someone who can create operating budgets for up to 10 properties.   Part-time On-site Caretaker
Colonial Court Apartments- St. Cloud
Be a part of a great team! The Excelsior Group is looking for a part-time Caretaker for Colonail Court Apartments in St. Cloud. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, detail oriented, and team player.
You must live on-site The part-time Caretaker will keep assigned inside and outside common areas and available units of the property clean, orderly and pleasant. Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property. Other duties include: •Tour entire property each workday to assess cleaning needs. •Clean common areas (i.e. laundry room and hallways), and other assigned areas. •Touch up vacant apartments weekly or as requested. •Assist with grounds work, e.g. sweep sidewalks, water plants, light snow removal, distribute salt/ice melt, etc… •Pick up paper and debris from main entrances and around property. •Complete other duties as assigned.
