"Thanks to Rebecca for taking my request and Rick for being so great to fix my garbage disposal. It got plugged over the weekend and was smelling pretty bad by Monday. Rick came in right away and cleared it out and must have cleaned the sink afterward because everthing looked good as new! Thanks again for all the special touches provided at Lake Susan. "I have owned homes for the last 35 yrs and decided now it was time to take it easy and get an apt. I looked at about 25-30 apts and have definitely found my perfect home at Birchwood. The first time I walked in the main door I was amazed, the "up north" decorating is done thru-out the 7 community areas in our bdlg and it is BEAUTIFUL!! I feel like I"m on vacation everyday! There are wooded areas around the bdlg which is also so relaxing to enjoy when sitting out on our large deck.Can't really believe we are in the middle of the city.The staff is so friendly and helpful. The bdlgs and grounds are so clean and always we see smiles and warm welcomes with everyone. Within 6 blocks there is a 24 hr Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Gas station, church and free-way access. "Recently, the fireplace in our apartment suddenly stopped working. I called the office right away and was assured priority service in the morning. Rick arrived with his usual smile and immediately got to work. The solution was not as easy as a simple pilot light issue, but Rick was not deterred and took the time needed to solve the problem (turns out the fireplace needed a new starter and other maintanence, which triggered the gas to auto-shut off). I am a disabled woman alone during the day while my family is at work and school. Rick, and the rest of the staff here, goes out of their way to make me feel safe and well taken care of in every way. I absolutely LOVE living at Lake Susan Apartments!!"

We are so lucky to have Eric, who takes care of the property beautifully and makes us all feel important.
